When will my order be confirmed?

Once you check out the order, you will receive an email for order receipt confirmation. Our team will contact you at least 1 day before delivery if payment has not been received, otherwise, the order is confirmed and will be delivered as per schedule. If you did not receive an email for order confirmation, please write to us.

How can I confirm if my payment is received?

When will I receive my purchases after ordering

To ensure the freshness of the meat and keep the highest hygiene standard, it will take 2 to 3 working days for your order to be processed.

You may choose the available delivery date upon check out.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

To enjoy free delivery, simply purchase above $120. If orders are less than $120, there will be a $12 delivery charge. Alternatively, you can do self-collection too.

What if no one is around at the selected delivery timing?

Please ensure there is someone around to receive the purchases at the selected timing. Our delivery colleague will call/text if they cannot reach anyone at the stated address. They will only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes if can’t reach anyone. If delivery did not go through, there will be a redelivery charge of $12.00. What if we have to cancel our orders due to personal reason?

We are very sorry but we are not able to cancel any orders, we can help to move delivery schedule or issue a voucher worth the amount you already paid for your order. The new delivery schedule will be arranged within 1 month and if you choose to get a voucher, the expiry will be within 3 months from the date of issue.

If you really wish to cancel the whole order, we will refund the total amount but the 4% surcharge will be deducted (if applicable) and there will be a $20.00 service charge for the refund, both amounts will be deducted from the total amount.

What if I missed my self-collection date?

If you have missed your self-collection date, kindly send us an email at – indicate your order number on the subject line, and inform us of your next pick-up date. Next pick-up date has to be within seven days from the first pick-up date.

Please take note that changing of the date is limited to one-time only. If there is changes for more than one time, there will be an additional fee of $12 per change.

Any uncollected orders will be forfeited after 3 days from your stated self-collection date and no refund will be given if we did not hear any updates from you.

How to maintain quality of item when received?

Maintain good quality for the product – if you are not consuming on the same day, please keep them into the freezer (below -16°c).

What is the right way to defrost the item?

We strongly encourage slow defrosting of the item. For e.g., if you are preparing to cook the item the next day, you can put your item in your chiller (0-4°c) for at least 12 hours (depending on the size of the item).
